Heritage Education and Research Services (Heritage ERS) providePhase I survey of 123 acres  in Clinton and Highland Counties, Ohio.s high quality archaeological, historical, and cultural resources management (CRM) consulting services geared toward meeting the requirements specified under Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and the historic properties sections of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The owner, Dr. Joni L. Manson, meets the U.S. Secretary of Interior's professional qualifications for Principal Investigator for prehistoric and historic archaeology and history and has over 25 years of experience in archaeology, with involvement in many types of projects, including nine years of experience in historic preservation with the Ohio Historic Preservation Office.

Foster's Works, 33-WA-5, Warren County, Ohio.Heritage ERS specializes in identifying and evaluating archaeological sites and historic properties that may be eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places, and assessing the effects to those properties from various types of federally funded, permitted, or licensed projects. Heritage ERS also offers grant writing services to communities interested in pursuing historic preservation-related grants (e.g., Certified Local Government Grants, Community Development Block Grants, etc.), writing historic preservation plans, and developing heritage tourism programs.
